Shipping policy

 

At CLARA’S, we process all orders on the same day they are placed through our website. If an order is placed on a public holiday or during the weekend, it will be processed on the next working day.

We guarantee the delivery of all orders. However, during promotional periods or when demand for our products is exceptionally high, delivery times may be extended.

Once your order has been confirmed and verified, it is typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 6 working days. All orders are shipped from our fulfilment partners and dispatched internationally, primarily via sea freight.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard period: 7 to 12 business days (depending on product demand).

  • High-demand periods (e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas): 2 to 3 weeks.

If delivery exceeds these timeframes without valid reason, and the parcel is not traceable or has not been dispatched, you may request a refund for lost or undelivered orders.

All parcels are fully insured and include a tracking number, which you will receive once your order has shipped.


Important Information:

1. Address accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If the address is incorrect and not amended within minutes of placing the order (i.e. before processing and shipping), CLARA’S cannot offer a refund. Any reshipment costs due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the customer.

2. Unclaimed parcels:
If delivery cannot be completed, and a missed delivery notice is left, the customer must collect the parcel within 15 days from the designated post office or pickup location. Failure to collect within this period may result in the parcel being returned to the supplier, and no refund will be possible.

3. Change of address after dispatch:
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to amend the delivery address. Parcels are handled by third-party carriers, and CLARA’S does not have the authority to alter address details once the parcel has left our warehouse. The customer assumes full responsibility in cases of non-delivery due to relocation or incorrect information.

4. Customs and import duties:
Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance procedures. CLARA’S is not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or fees that may be applied upon arrival of your parcel. These are the full responsibility of the buyer. We cannot offer refunds for failure to pay import duties or refusal to accept delivery.


Returns

  • Any return, regardless of the reason, is at the customer’s expense. If a refund or exchange is granted, we will cover the return shipping cost back to the customer once the item is received and approved.

  • We do not sell branded products or include logos on our items.


Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above policies. If any of the stated terms are not met, no refund can be processed.
